Aquamarine Sagebrush
Shrub type: Deciduous (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This large shrub grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall and lives for around 38 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has dozens of narrow, twisting stems covered in fine, ridged, brown-green speckled bark, and the wood inside is burgundy-brown.
The branches are short, thin and wispy that and are covered with small amounts of huge, kidney-shaped, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are either hazel or aquamarine, with silver edges, robust and crispy.
In mid-spring it produces lots of tiny, cyan flowers with 6 oval-shaped shaped petals. They fall easily and have a powerful scent that smells like bleach.
Before maturity, it can grow 0 per day.
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
It is suitable for making strong rope
