Orangeheart

Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This big flower grows up to 3.8 feet (1.1 meters) tall. Its brown stem is very thin, and the small, yellow-green leaves are very thick with serrated edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Each stem splits 4 to 6 times; a single giant flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 60 cm (23.6 inches) wide, with petals that are dull orange on the edges and dull orange at the center. The flower head is shaped like a heart with 5 raised, round-tipped petals. They are very delicate.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like marzipan, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird and is ignored by most insect species.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
