Blue Spine Cactus

This small cactus grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The very thin stem is intense blue, and is covered in thousands of fine, caramel, hair-like spines. The spherical body is olive, and is covered in thousands of fine, caramel, hair-like spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 2 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with solid light grey petals decorated with aquamarine lines and a olive central disk grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 39 petals. It has an intense scent that smells like damp.

The cactus's skin is nearly impenetrable, the blue flesh is sticky, and the slate sap is thin.
