Lime Puff Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized, yellow-green grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in large clumps that are rigid.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, lime puff.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of large grains.

It is often home to a particular bird species.
Several parts of the grass have medicinal properties.
Their seeds have hallucinogenic properties.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
