Vineclasp

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This large bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 148 feet (45.1 meters) and growing as high as 29 feet (8.8 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.

It takes 2 years for the beige stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1.4 feet (43 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The broad, flat, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are generally amber, and have serrated edges.

During late spring, the bine produces thousands of giant red flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces lots of large seed pods.

It is suitable for making strong rope
