Golden Vines

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 45 feet (13.7 meters) and growing as high as 29 feet (8.8 meters).

It takes 22 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are thick and twisted.

The broad, flat, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are black and gentle yellow, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many clusters of giant gold flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of very large fruits.

The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
It is suitable for making paper
