Copperleaf

Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This massive shrub grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall and lives for around 29 years. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has several flexible, angular stems covered in ridged, copper-coloured bark, and the wood inside is copper-coloured.

The branches trail down across the ground with dozens of twigs that and are covered with copious amounts of huge, crescent-shaped, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are white on the sides and cyan at the center, tough and smooth.

It produces large amounts of large, copper flowers with oblong shaped petals. They detach easily and have a delicate scent that smells like cheese. In early autumn it forms largebrown, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.
