Silvergrass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, silver grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in thick clumps that are resilient.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, pink tail.
During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
The sap is azure.
The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
