Clinging Lilac Grass
Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized, yellow grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The 3 pointed stalks grow in small clumps that are durable and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, lilac puff.
During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
It is often home to a particular bird species.
