Ruby Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This short, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thick clumps that are resilient and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, vibrant red puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.
