Silvervine

This big vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 423 feet (128.9 meters) and growing as high as 145 feet (44.2 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 5 years for the silver stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 1.3 feet (38 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The oblong, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are generally lime, and have irregular edges.

During late spring, the vine produces handfuls of small amber flowers.
