Vineoak
Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This average-sized tree grows up to 31 meters (101.7 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 520 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a wide, slanted trunk covered in ridged, yellow-brown bark, and inside, the very hard wood is dark brown.
The excessive amount of branches are very short and thin and are covered with copious amounts of covered in fine hairs, miniature, sickle shaped leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are either gentle red or lilac, with turquoise lines.
In early spring, it produces a thick sheet of small, lilac blossoms with oval-shaped shaped petals. They detach easily and have no scent.
In late summer it forms small, brown, winged seeds that float and land far away.
The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.
Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with grassy ground between them.
