Gray-green

Succulent type: Caudiciform (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This large caudiciform grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The tapering stem is gray-green, and is covered in sharp spines. The wonky, yellow trunk can grow to as much as 12 feet (3.7 meters) in diameter at the bottom. Its gray-green branches are very long and thin and start growing three quarters of the way up the stem.

The small amounts of ripped-edged, wide leaves are either green or yellow, with brown lines. They are sturdy, and take little effort to detach.

It is quick growing, taking 4 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with each petal a slightly different shade of slate grows at the top, reappearing once every 10 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 30 curved petals. It has a fairly strong scent that smells like musk.

The caudiciform's skin is thick, the bright green flesh is sticky, and the copper sap is thin.

It coexists peacefully with other plants.
It is suitable for making strong rope
