Caramel

This short bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 111 feet (33.8 meters).

It takes 5 months for the caramel or blood red stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The perforated, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are a shade of lime green that gradient shifts to azure at the top, and have irregular edges.
