Waterstone Shrub

This massive shrub grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall and lives for around 39 years. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous stocky, wavy stems covered in knobbly, silver and white bark, and the wood inside is dark brown.

The branches trail down towards the ground with hundreds of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of small, V-shaped, leaves with ripped edges. The leaves themselves are olive with aquamarine tips, rigid and crispy.

In early spring it produces a handful of small, amber flowers with perforated petals. They detach easily and have a strong scent that smells like new carpet.
