Silverberry

Tree type: Deciduous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This colossal tree grows up to 99 meters (324.8 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 585 years old. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has a flexible, straight trunk covered in waxy, silver bark, and inside, the dense wood is light brown.

The excessive amount of branches are short and slender and are covered with copious amounts of covered in fine hairs, large, wide leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are hazel and hazel.

In late summer it forms giant, red aril (seeds with fleshy covers).

The roots spread far and go deep underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and rigid.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with patches of undergrowth between them.
