Lime puffgrass

This small, lime green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in thick clumps that are durable.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, yellow puff.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.
