Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This large leaf succulent grows up to 105 feet (32.0 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stem is olive, and is covered in thick bunches of fine, red, hair-like spines. The slender leaves are generally muted orange. Thick bunches of them grow on very thick, gold or yellow branches that are short, rigid and upright. The leaves are flimsy, and take little effort to detach.
It is steady-growing, taking 4 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with solid muted orange petals and a lime central disk, grow at the top, reappearing after 7 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight cube. It has a mildly strong scent that smells like warm milk.
The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the purple flesh is leathery, and the amber sap is thin and causes diarrhea if consumed.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
