Emerald Grass

This short, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, pale purple puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
