Yellow-Green

Flower type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This big flower grows up to 6.8 feet (2.1 meters) tall. Its yellow-green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 5 and are thick and straight, and split into several branching stems halfway up, and the tiny, dull orange or magenta leaves are dark lime green on the underside and are wide with ripped edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

A single medium-sized flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 66 cm (26.0 inches) wide, with solid slate petals and a grey central disk. The flower head is made up of 37 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight tube. They are very delicate.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like pineapple, and it has a modest amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by one species of insect in particular.
