Magentafern

Tree type: Deciduous (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This colossal tree grows up to 129 meters (423.2 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 333 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a long and flexible, wavy trunk covered in thin, waxy, light gray bark, and inside, the very light wood is black.

The tangled mess of branches are very long and slender and are covered with small bunches of leathery, giant, long, tapering leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in magenta, pastel blue and beige varieties.

In late summer it forms giant, red berries.

The roots are thick and spread across the surface, as well as underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
