Crimsonvine

This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and growing as high as 498 feet (151.8 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 3 months for the red stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are tough and woody.

The long, narrow, crispy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are found in peach and lime varieties, and have serrated edges.
