Goldenstalk Grass

This big, yellow grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in large clumps that are flimsy and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, cream flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of giant grains.
