Coppergrass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its leaves)This modest-sized, copper grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are robust and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, light grey flower.
During the early summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.
It is suitable for making paper
The bark, wood and leaves are edible.
