Silver Puffgrass

This average-sized, silver and slate grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in small clumps that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, cream puff.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
