Mossy Creeper

This small creeper is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 10 feet (3.0 meters) and growing as high as 144 feet (43.9 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 5 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and slick.

The very thin, clammy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are gold at the bottom and subtle orange with light brown edges at the top, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces bunches of tiny pink flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces a few small seed pods.
