Aquaflora

Flower type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This short flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its emerald stem is very thin, and the giant, gray-green leaves are long, tapering with toothed edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from the base up to about halfway.

Two large flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 19 cm (7.5 inches) wide, with black petals on the lower layer and vibrant green petals decorated with peach dots on the inner layer. The central disk is aquamarine. The flower head is shaped like a tube made up of 10 raised, narrow petals. They fall easily.

It has a delicate scent that smells like vomit, and it has very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.
