Mossleaf Magenta Grass

Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)

This short, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in small clumps that are sturdy and flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, magenta flower.

During the late summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.

It only grows on the most fertile lands.
It is suitable for making paper
It grows well in the sun and full shade.
