Emeraldgrass

This giant, emerald grass grows up to 26 feet (7.9 meters) tall. The pleated stalks grow in large clumps that are rigid and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, green tail.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of tiny grains.
