Blazegrass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)

This massive, intense orange grass grows up to 16 feet (4.9 meters) tall. The pleated stalks grow in sparse patches that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, hazel tail.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of giant grains.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It is overwhelmingly resistant to fire damage.
