Magenta Zigzag Vine

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 50 feet (15.2 meters)0.

It takes 4 years for the grey stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are rough and prickly.

The stiff, pointed, crispy leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are solid aquamarine or peach, with magenta zig-zags, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces lots of tiny brown flowers.
