Crimson Grass

This average-sized, burgundy grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, blood red puff.

During the early winter, it produces excessive amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
