Eternal Pine
Tree type: Coniferous (Stores water in its leaves)This small tree grows up to 2 meters (6.6 feet) tall and lives "forever", with many known specimens being tens of thousands of years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

In late summer it produces giant, cream seed pods.
The roots are shallow and widely spread, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.
Forests of this species feature trees spaced far apart, with grassy ground between them.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
