Coppergrass

This small, copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are sturdy and flexible and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, copper puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of tiny grains.
