Copper

Flower type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)

This giant flower grows up to 12.3 feet (3.8 meters) tall. Its yellow stem is thick and splits into 7 branching stems halfway up, and the small, yellow-green and copper leaves are slender, pointed with ripped edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

Each stem splits 6 to 9 times; a single small flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 60 cm (23.6 inches) wide, with petals that are either azure or azure, with a yellow center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 16 curved petals. They detach easily.

It has a weak scent that smells like warm milk, and it has a modest amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by a variety of insects.

It is bio-luminescent.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
