Bloodvine
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 125 feet (38.1 meters).
It takes 10 months for the blood red stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are soft and flexible.
The thick, crispy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are either lime, or aquamarine with pink patches, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces many clusters of large purple flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces a modest amount of tiny seed pods.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
