Magenta Glowbell

This short flower grows up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. Its silver stem is very thin and splits into 8 branching stems three quarters of the way up, and the miniature, brown leaves are wispy with rounded edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

Each stem splits 5 to 10 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 4 cm (1.6 inches) wide, with magenta petals that gradient shift to amber on the outer edge. The central disk is pink. The flower head is shaped like a bowl made up of 11 widely spaced, round-tipped petals. They are sturdy.

It has no scent, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is a self-pollinator.
