Silvervine

This small bine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 16 feet (4.9 meters) and growing as high as 146 feet (44.5 meters).

It takes 3 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are soft and flexible.

The fan-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are copper and silver, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces thousands of giant sky blue flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of large fruits.
