Magenta Cactus
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This average-sized cactus grows up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) tall. The wispy stem is magenta, and is covered in thousands of fine, yellow, hair-like spines. The tear-shaped body is hazel, and is covered in hundreds of flexible aquamarine spines.
It is slow growing, taking 21 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with solid red petals and a turquoise central disk grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is largely flat with 19 raised round-tipped petals. It has the faintest scent that smells like rotten egg.
The cactus's skin is tough, the copper flesh is smooth, and the blood red sap is thin.
Several parts of the bine have medicinal properties.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
