Crimson Vine

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 8 feet (2.4 meters) and growing as high as 942 feet (287.1 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 10 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The crescent-shaped, leathery leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are peach and crimson, and have rounded edges.
