Ambervine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters) and growing as high as 237 feet (72.2 meters).

It takes 2 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and woody.

The thick, clammy leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are aquamarine at the bottom and amber with sky blue patches at the top, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the bine produces lots of large cream flowers.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
