Amberpetal

Flower type: Annual (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This short flower grows up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. Its black stem is very thin, and the giant, emerald leaves are brown on the underside and are long, tapering with irregular edges. The leaves alternate on the stem.

Each stem splits 3 to 9 times; a single tiny flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with petals that are orange at the sides and amber at the center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 50 curved petals. They are sturdy.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like rotting meat, and it has very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by a small species of bird.

It grows well in the sun and full shade.
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
