Brown Vining Flower

Flower type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. Its brown stem is wispy and straight with a curved tip, and the huge, brown leaves are wispy with wavy edges. The leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Each stem splits 5 to 8 times; a single large flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 21 cm (8.3 inches) wide, with petals that are either beige or bright green, with a yellow center. The flower head is made up of many petals in raised layers. They detach easily.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like sugar, and it has a modest amount of pollen. It is pollinated by the wind.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
