Slate Grass

This large, green grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, slate puff.

During the late autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of giant grains.
