Caramelvine

This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 31 feet (9.4 meters) and growing as high as 101 feet (30.8 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 22 months for the dark brown and caramel stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are rough and fibrous.

The very narrow and elongated, waxy leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are orange and blood red, and have toothed edges.
