Caramel Creeper

This huge creeper is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,139 feet (956.8 meters) and growing as high as 974 feet (296.9 meters).

It takes 49 years for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 9 inches (23 cm) and are flat and wavy.

The very thin, smooth leaves reach up to 1.8 feet (53 cm) in length. They are found in sky blue, ashy green and caramel varieties, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces thick bunches of small faded blue flowers, and during the early summer, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of very large seed pods.
