Yellow

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its yellow stems grow in bunches of 7 and are wispy with a curved tip, and the small, brown leaves are very thin with toothed edges. The leaves grow from the base and are the same length as the stem.

Each stem splits 6 to 8 times; a single tiny flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 5 cm (2.0 inches) wide, with petals that are cream on the underside and dark grey on the top. The flower head is largely flat with 31 raised narrow petals. They are sturdy.

It has a delicate scent that smells like soap, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by the wind.
