Crimsongrass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)This short, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thick stalks grow in sparse patches that are resilient.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, crimson tail.
During the mid-summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of giant grains.
