Bluebell

This short flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its caramel stem is very thin, and the tiny, orange leaves are needle-like with smooth edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Many large flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 8 cm (3.1 inches) wide, with solid dark blue petals decorated with bronze lines and a dark blue central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 10 petals. They fall easily.

It has an intensely strong scent that smells like rotten meat, and it has lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind, but is also visited by one species of insect in particular.
