Caramel

Flower type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its emerald and caramel stem is thin and splits into 5 branching stems halfway up, and the giant, yellow-green leaves are long, tapering with ripped edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

A single tiny flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 13 cm (5.1 inches) wide, with petals that are orange on the underside and dark blue on the top. The flower head is largely flat with 12 raised narrow petals. They fall easily.

It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like candle wax, and it has copious amounts of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
